Your email address and the team data you enter — five drivers, two constructors, chip availability. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Your email gets you your weekly recommendation. Your team data shapes what that recommendation says. We don't sell it, profile you, or share it with anyone except the services required to run Gridside: Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payment processing), and MongoDB Atlas (data storage). All three are GDPR-compliant. We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how people find the site — no advertising, no cross-site tracking.
If you ticked the box to hear about the 2027 season pass, we'll email you once when it's available. That's the only thing that tick covers. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing hello@gridside.app.
Some of these services process data outside the UK and EU — including Google (GA4) and Stripe, both of which operate US-based infrastructure under standard contractual protections. We don't transfer your data outside these services.
We process your data to deliver the service you purchased (contract). If you opted in to 2027 season updates, we process that email address on the basis of your consent — which you can withdraw at any time by emailing hello@gridside.app. We use Google Analytics under legitimate interests to understand how the site performs. You can opt out of GA4 tracking by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
For the season you purchased. After that, it's deleted. If you want it gone sooner, email hello@gridside.app and we'll sort it within 30 days.
You can access, correct, or delete anything we hold about you. Email hello@gridside.app.
Session cookies for authentication. GA4 cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to understand traffic and usage — no advertising or cross-site tracking. Standard browser settings or the Google opt-out add-on will block them.
If anything material changes, active subscribers will hear about it by email first.
