Gridside is a UK email advice service for the official F1 Fantasy game. Before every race weekend it sends a free weekly email with the headline call, and a £4.99 season pass adds transfer, Boost and chip advice written for your own team, budget and chips. It is not a team optimiser: each call is a written recommendation with the reasoning behind it.
Gridside is independent and based in the UK. It is not affiliated with Formula 1, the FIA, any team or any driver.
Driver and constructor prices are entered by hand from the official F1 Fantasy game after each race. Race results, weather forecasts and public news headlines are gathered for the coming weekend.
Season pass holders tell us their team: drivers, constructors, cost cap, free transfers, Boost and the chips they have used. A recommendation is then written with AI (Claude, by Anthropic) from those inputs, covering transfers, Boost and chips.
Automated checks confirm that every recommended transfer fits the team budget at current prices before the email is sent. If no affordable move improves the team, the email says to make no transfer.
Each paid recommendation includes a confidence level and a note on what would change the call. It is decision support: check prices in the game before you lock.
The weekly email with the headline call is free.
The season pass is £4.99 for the rest of the 2026 season. It is one payment, with no subscription and no renewal.
